What this site collects, why, and how long it keeps it.
Information we collect
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not profile visitors. We collect two kinds of information:
- Information you send us — through contact, permit, bid, employment, and accessibility complaint forms. That information is used only to respond to you and to administer the program you contacted us about.
- Server logs — standard web server records (page requested, timestamp, browser type). Retained 90 days for security and troubleshooting.
Public records
Winn Parish Police Jury is a public body. Correspondence sent to the parish is generally a public record under Louisiana law and may be subject to disclosure. Do not send information you would not want released.
Accessibility complaints
Information submitted through the ADA complaint form is used to investigate and resolve the complaint. It is shared only with the people who need it to do that.
